The Sprout Real-Time Health Risk Assessment is the leader and only digital HRA to provide real-time health and risk score updates, designed to provide individuals with an easy to understand measure of their overall health and wellness. Health Score 3.0 enhancements for the Real-Time HRA include expanded global population data sets, advanced risk-based weighted scoring system, and enriched data capture, all scientifically designed to accurately reflect the behaviours that most significantly impact an individual’s overall health. The Sprout Real-Time HRA provides advanced accuracy compared to traditional digital and in-person health risk assessments by using biomarkers and progressive data collection from wearables, devices and manual tracking. Continuous data inputs give customers real-time insight into predictive disease risk-modelling and wellness scores to improve health outcomes, reduce the risk of chronic conditions and reduce healthcare costs. Health Score 3.0 includes enhancements to the Overall Health Score, Healthy Behaviour Score and Disease Risk Scores.
Overall Health Score
The Sprout Real-Time HRA provides an Overall Health Score using physical activity (wearable device, smartphone or manually tracked) and other health variables, including the presence of disease, family disease history and stress. Users are given an Overall Health Score out of 100 based on a weighted average of their Disease Risk Score, Healthy Behaviour Score, and Mind Score. The Health Risk Assessment has a 5X completion rate, compared to traditional and in person health risk assessments.
Healthy Behaviour Score
The Healthy Behaviour Score is the weighted average of six behavioural health dimensions: Move, Sleep, BMI, Smoking, Drinking and Waist. User-reported and an expanded range of synced activity (e.g. sleep, yoga, etc.) are now measured. Additionally, health scoring reflects activity intensity, as moderate to vigorous physical (MVPA) activity is more impactful to overall health than low intensity activity.
The Disease Risk Score
The Disease Risk Score is based on the weighted average of five disease scores (the Type II Diabetes Risk Score, Osteoarthritis Risk Score, Cardiovascular Disease Risk Score, Lung Disease Risk Score and Chronic Low Back Pain Risk Score). Users are provided a score out of 100, comparing their risk of chronic disease to individuals of their age and biological sex.
