About The Role:
You will play a key role in developing and growing Sprout’s web and mobile products, working closely with other developers, and bringing new features to life.
Qualifications
As a Technical Account Manager at Sprout, you are a core part of the Product team and will be the crucial link working closely with the Sales & Customer Success teams to drive growth with current and future customers.
The Client Success Manager is responsible for implementing new clients onto the Sprout platform, in addition to retaining and growing business with existing clients. You will lead the implementation process ensuring customers onboard successfully and will be the chief advocate for your existing customers to help them realize the business value from their investment and partnership with Sprout.
