Senior Full-Stack Software Developer

About The Role:
You will play a key role in developing and growing Sprout’s web and mobile products, working closely with other developers, and bringing new features to life.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of web application development experience
  • B.Sc., Engineering, Computer Science related degree
  • Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and/or other web technologies
    you’re passionate about like AngularJS
  • Experience with Linux, MySQL, and other cloud technologies

Technical Account Manager


As a Technical Account Manager at Sprout, you are a core part of the Product team and will be the crucial link working closely with the Sales & Customer Success teams to drive growth with current and future customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, and/or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing and/or technical account management roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to both a technical and non-technical audience
  • Experience with SQL and working with relational databases
  • Solid technical background, we are looking for someone who can understand our technology and have solution-oriented discussions with engineering team
  • Ability to grasp customers’ needs, business goals and drivers to inform and influence the product roadmap

Client Success Manager


The Client Success Manager is responsible for implementing new clients onto the Sprout platform, in addition to retaining and growing business with existing clients. You will lead the implementation process ensuring customers onboard successfully and will be the chief advocate for your existing customers to help them realize the business value from their investment and partnership with Sprout.

Qualifications

  • University undergraduate degree preferred (Business or related field).
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of Client Success Management experience in a B2B SaaS-based environment. Experience in health/insurance tech industries is considered an asset.
  • Experience managing and leading SaaS based implementations with varying complexities and priorities.
  • Proven experience renewing and expanding existing client accounts and to meet sales quotas and increase ARR.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
  • Metrics-focused, with a strategic mindset, balanced with a ‘roll-up the sleeves / get things done’ approach.
  • Experience with Zendesk, Jira, Totango, or Asana is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multi-functional environment and has a genuine interest in the well-being and success of everyone on the team.
  • Bilingualism is a major asset.
