Director, Client Success


Sprout’s Director, Client Success plays a crucial role in leading the team that supports our corporate clients and their employees through program creation, implementation, enrollment and on-going support. The Director, Client Success ensures that the team’s timelines and deliverables are met and coordinates with all internal departments to fulfill product requests. With a deep understanding of client business needs, the Director, Client Success is also responsible for growing our relationships with our clients over time.

About The Role:
This position reports to the Chief Revenue Officer and is the critical leadership resource for driving Retention, Upsell and Client Satisfaction metrics. The major responsibilities for the role are as follows:

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Client Success – Day-to-Day Operations

  • Manage accounts while developing strong customer relationships (from C-suite to Manager level) to ensure continued engagement and program success.
  • Handle objections independently and build positive and trusting relationships with the client.
  • Day-to-day execution of client projects while guiding and developing individual team members to meet the needs of each client.
  • Leverage leadership skills and inspire others to build strong relationships and create true program advocacy.
  • Define the methodology and tools to be used by the Client Success team. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and mentorship as needed to ensure both individual and team KPI deliverables are met.

Senior Product Manager - Platform/API


At Sprout, you’ll build a product that is solving a fundamental and inspiring problem for employees; helping employees improve their wellbeing and employers reward healthy behavior. You will own specific features, build a roadmap, and define attributes that will make Sprout’s platform more robust, easier to integrate with and easier to manage. You will drive adoption, and increase utilization of our platform services. You will own the backlog and prioritize work for an Agile tech team.

About The Role:

  • Own the technical product roadmap, backlog prioritization and release plan for the Sprout platform, API, and related features, including integrations
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and desires, through user research, and other quantitative/qualitative analysis, and turning those insights into a product that performs superbly to delights our customers and provides an easy and robust way to create client applications
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers from feature ideation through to development
    Identify and track key metrics associated with the success of the product and new features and communicate product performance to the rest of the organization.

  • Provide product leadership and support to project team members, including developers, designers, and quality assurance
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and desires, through research, and quantitative/qualitative data analysis, and turning those insights into a product that performs superbly to delights our customers
  • Act as a Product Owner and be responsible for creating and maintaining product assets

About The Role:
You will play a key role in developing and growing Sprout’s web and mobile products, working closely with other developers, and bringing new features to life.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of web application development experience
  • B.Sc., Engineering, Computer Science related degree
  • Working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and/or other web technologies
    you’re passionate about like AngularJS
  • Experience with Linux, MySQL, and other cloud technologies
  • You’re Passionate about wellness, fitness and transforming current workplace culture
